Terms and Conditions for Pre-registration Reward

1) Acceptance

By pre-registering for our app and accepting this reward, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not accept the pre-registration reward.

2) The Reward

Eligible users who pre-register may receive the "Premium Set" as a one-time in-app product at no charge. The Premium Set is a digital in-app reward that will be delivered within the app after you install and open it. The exact contents of the Premium Set are as described in the app store listing.

3) Eligibility

The pre-registration reward is available only to users who complete pre-registration through the official Google Play store listing before the app is released. You must have a valid Google account and meet any age or regional requirements applicable to the app.

4) Delivery

The Premium Set will be granted to your account when you install the app from Google Play and open it, in accordance with Google Play's pre-registration reward delivery. The reward is delivered automatically; no additional action is required beyond installing and opening the app. If you do not receive the reward, please contact us with your account details.

5) No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is required to receive the pre-registration reward. Pre-registration and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions are sufficient to be eligible for the Premium Set.

6) One Reward Per User

The pre-registration reward is limited to one Premium Set per user/Google account. We reserve the right to revoke the reward if we detect abuse, fraud, or multiple claims from the same user.

7) Changes to the Offer

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or end the pre-registration reward program at any time. Changes will not affect rewards already delivered. We may update these Terms and Conditions; the current version will always be available at this page.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kayalar Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the pre-registration offer or use of the reward. The reward is provided "as is." Our total liability in connection with this offer is limited to the value of the Premium Set as a one-time in-app product.
